Peaceful lakeside accommodation in a quiet countryside setting with views over Lake Roxen and the Linköping skyline. Enjoy the spacious terrace, private pier with rowing boat and swimming during the season, and nature directly outside the door. A private outdoor hot tub can be booked for an additional fee.

The main building consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, sofa bed and TV, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have comfortable continental beds that can be arranged as either double beds or separate single beds, and blackout curtains are provided in both bedrooms. The accommodation is best suited for up to four adults and one child sleeping on the sofa bed. All rooms have electric heating, while the living room also has air conditioning for both heating and cooling.

The bathroom is located in a separate building approximately five metres from the main house and is equipped with a WC, shower and washing machine. Please note that the ceiling is low, which taller guests in particular should be aware of before booking. Outside the house is a spacious terrace with a dining area and views over the lake and surrounding countryside.

During the season, and when weather and water conditions allow, guests have access to a private pier, swimming and a rowing boat. SUP boards may also be available depending on conditions. Swimming shoes are recommended for guests with sensitive feet. You are welcome to bring your own fishing equipment, and aquatic vegetation may occur during parts of the summer.

Solvik is reached via an approximately 300-metre simple road through natural countryside and a horse paddock. Normal passenger cars can usually reach the house without difficulty, but the road is not suitable for very low cars. Solvik is approximately 18 minutes by car from central Linköping and only about five minutes from Berg Locks on the Göta Canal. As a guest, you have access to the entire main building, the bathroom building, the terrace and the surrounding property. Current information about seasonal access to the pier, rowing boat, swimming and SUP boards is provided before or upon arrival.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation before check-out according to the checklist provided in the house. If the accommodation is kept clean and tidy during the stay, the departure cleaning is normally straightforward and quick. The host then checks the accommodation and takes care of the final finishing touches before the next guests arrive.
