Flemma Gård with lake view! From here you can look out over Lake Roxen, the entire Linköping city skyline and the Göta canal's inlet/outlet. Here, during all seasons, you have direct access to fantastic hilly forests and meadows. As well as a short walk to the lake, beach and swimming area. On the other side of the country road, it is not far from Olstorp's 2.5 & 5 km running tracks (electric lights) and Mtb tracks. In addition to us living in the manor house, there are horses, dogs, cats and wild animals as neighbors. The center of Linköping is 18 minutes away by car. ------------------------- On the entrance floor there is a newly renovated kitchen -23, as well as a bathroom, laundry room, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and cozy fireplace, a lovely bright veranda with a view of the lake and horse paddocks. Outside the veranda is also your private screened terrace and grass area. Perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a lovely BBQ. Upstairs by the stairs there is a lounge area and, if desired, you can set up a desk for work space. The upper floor also has two lovely bedrooms, a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds with a view of the lake and horse paddock. In the unheated side attics adjacent to the bedrooms there is plenty of space for your pack and suitcases. In one of the side attics there is a portable crib for babies and a desk including a chair. More desks can be arranged if desired. All bedrooms and living rooms have blackout curtains. You have free access to the wing's backyard. The TV is equiped with google chromecast (there is no channels included). Side by side - Fridge and freezer do not have water and ice machine connected. ------------------------- Some cleaning is preferred to be done by the guest. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. The host stands for cleaning products. - Vacuum cleaning. - Wipe off the toilets, sinks, owen, and tables. - Arrange furniture in its place. - Put bedspreads on the beds, in the same way as on your arrival. The host will personaly do the final cleaning.
