Gardener's house with sauna and lake view

An idyllic countryside house with beautiful views over Lake Roxen and the Linköping skyline. The large south-facing terrace overlooks the lake, surrounding meadows and horse paddocks. In every season, you have direct access to hilly forests and open countryside, and a short walk takes you down to the lake, beach and public swimming area. Central Linköping is approximately 18 minutes away by car, while Berg Locks on the Göta Canal are only about five minutes away.

The house has both a main entrance and a separate utility entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, where large windows provide a beautiful view over Lake Roxen. Upstairs, the living room offers the same panoramic lake view.

All sleeping areas are located upstairs and the beds are of high quality. There are four bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests, as well as an additional sleeping area. Please note that one sleeping area is used as a passage to two of the bedrooms. The house is particularly comfortable for 5–6 guests during longer stays.

There are two toilets, one on each floor. Downstairs you will also find a separate shower, a large bathtub and a sauna. The large terrace is directly accessible from the house and offers panoramic views across Lake Roxen, the surrounding countryside and the horse paddocks. The garden is well fenced, making the outdoor area especially convenient for families with children.

As a guest, you have private access to the entire house and the fenced garden during your stay.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation before check-out according to the checklist provided in the house. If the accommodation is kept clean and tidy during the stay, the departure cleaning is normally straightforward and quick. The host then checks the accommodation and takes care of the final finishing touches before the next guests arrive.
