Here, during all seasons, you have direct access to fantastic hilly forests and meadows. As well as a short walk to the lake, beach and swimming area. On the other side of the country road, it is not far from Olstorp's 2.5 & 5 km running tracks (electric lights) and Mtb tracks. 18 min by car to the city! ------------------------- The house is under renovation and will be available in the beginning of 2024. More photos to come mid february: 7 new windows, new surface on all walls, new premium beds in all rooms, new lights in sealings. The house also have beautiful flooring. In the ground floor you have heated floor. As well a big dining table for 6 persons and a big sofa for 6 persons. The view is amazing. There will also be a big outside terrace in direct access to the dining room.You have full access to the entire house and the fenced plot. The entrance hall has fully equipped laundry equipment.The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area has a magnificent lake view. Likewise, you have the magnificent lake view from the upstairs living room. The bedrooms are located upstairs. The large outdoor terrace offers a wonderful panoramic view of the lake, meadow and horse paddocks. The plot is well fenced with a fence very well suited for children and pets. There are two toilets, downstairs and upstairs respectively. Downstairs you also have a shower, large bathtub and sauna with the magnificent view. The TV is equiped with google chromecast (there is no channels included). ------------------------- Some cleaning is preferred to be done by the guest. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. The host stands for cleaning products. - Vacuum cleaning. - Wipe off the toilets, sinks, owen, and tables. - Arrange furniture in its place. - Put bedspreads on the beds, in the same way as on your arrival. The host will personaly do the final cleaning.
