Private and without neighbors and well protected from view. The occasional curious horse.

On the horizon you see Linköping's city skyline.

The center of Linköping is 18 minutes away by car.

The main building consists of kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with dining table, sofa bed and TV with G-chromecast. The cottage has two single beds. The toilet is the building 5m from the main building. On the terrace there is a dining area with a fantastic view of the lake.

To get to the house you need to walk or drive 300m through a horse paddock (a car can get there without problems).

You have access to the entire plot, main building, cottage and toilet.As well access to private pier, rowing boat, and to take a swim.

The TV is equiped with google chromecast (there is no channels included).

Bring your own swimming shoes and fishing equipment (use extra strong line).

Some cleaning is preferred to be done by the guest. If the guest is orderly during their stay, the time and effort for cleaning is small. The host stands for cleaning products. - Vacuum cleaning. - Wipe off the toilets, sinks, owen, and tables. - Arrange furniture in its place. - Put bedspreads on the beds, in the same way as on your arrival. The host will personaly do the final cleaning.
