The lake view
Flemma Gård is located on a hill and from every holiday home you have a lake view of Lake Roxen.
To the west you have the entrance to the Berg locks, Göta Kanal's biggest attraction, and in the summer you see plenty of Göta Kanal's boats passing on Lake Roxen.
In the distance you can also see Linköping's city skyline, as in the evening reflects in the water. With a full moon, you also have epic moon reflections in the water.
In the morning you have a magnificent sunrise to view.

Some selected historical years
The first time Flemma is mentioned in writing is in 1558 in a list of farmers (Peder i Flema) who belonged to the area of Wreta closter.
The main building was erected in 1838 – 1844 by war councilor Johan Petter Wiborgh, designed by the famous master builder Abraham Bengtsson Nyström.
Flemma Gård has been in the same family since 1920, which was bought by Ernst-David Törnell, managing director of the textile firm Törnell & Ringström in Norrköping.
